Man, I'd go for a steak, potato wedges, a large salad with ripe avocados and fresh tomatoes.

Aside from popcorn, eaten during the popcorn scene, I don't recall her eating anything else besides soup/stew/gruel in a bowl or a cup.

Maybe bio-engineered nutritional gruel-like "soylent" is all the rage?

Yeah Texas is the way to go. No beans is probably safer in a spacecraft.
